About Best Eggless Choco Chip Cookies
Eggless Choco Chip Cookies
The only way I could have made my elders eat choco chip cookies were to make them eggless. But if the egg is removed how do I bring fluffiness to the cookies? The bakes of this recipe are just too awesome and you will never realize that they are made without eggs. The cookie will be crisp from outside and tender from inside. Another two minutes more of baking will make the cookie crispier for those who love it that way. I enjoy the tenderness especially when these are chocolate chip cookies.
Pride of being a baker
A baker often gets a request from people around them for a special bake. For me it is all together a different feeling, a sense of pride, when neighbours, friends, and family ask for something special with a compliment to my bakes and baking skills.
Today, I got a demand to bake Choco Chip Cookies from one a very close friend and a neighbour. They requested if I could make eggless version of cookies so their mother who does not eat eggs, can enjoy these cookies.
I did not turn down their request because these cookies are, yes you guessed it right, my son’s favourite along with the Karachi Fruit Biscuit. Since these cookies are high in fat and calories, I have reduced the cookie size to ensure small serves all the time.
While baking these cookies, my kitchen was filled with the aroma of butter and chocolate. It was truly magical to feel to be in some chocolate factory, just not in my kitchen. For the aroma to stay in my kitchen for long, I had the batter ready to bake the second batch of cookies in the oven.
