  • 250 gm Ladies Finger
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tsp Masala panchphoran, or spice five spice powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil as required
  • leaves Coriander fresh chopped


  • Chopped ladies finger in a same size. Take a frying pan heat add oil.
  • Add 1/2 tsp five spice then chopped ladies finger, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and curd. Mix well and sauteed.
  • After cook add five spice masala powder and cover for standing time.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.

Recipe Notes

It should be dry. Serve with steam rice/ chapati/ paratha
