Ingredients
- 250 gms ladies finger
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon five spice masala powder panchphoran
- Salt
- Oil as required
- Fresh chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
- Chopped ladies finger in a same size. Take a frying pan heat add oil.
- Add 1/2 tsp five spice then chopped ladies finger, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and curd. Mix well and sauteed.
- After cook add five spice masala powder and cover for standing time.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
Notes
It should be dry. Serve with steam rice/ chapati/ paratha
