black pepper powder

five spice masala powder
panchphoran

Oil as required
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Chopped ladies finger in a same size. Take a frying pan heat add oil.
Add 1/2 tsp five spice then chopped ladies finger, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and curd. Mix well and sauteed.
After cook add five spice masala powder and cover for standing time.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
Notes
It should be dry. Serve with steam rice/ chapati/ paratha
