Additional Tips

  • For an extra creamy and chilled texture without watering down the flavor, freeze mango chunks ahead of time and use them in place of ice cubes during blending.
  • If you prefer a vegan version, substitute dairy milk with coconut or oat milk and use a vegan vanilla ice cream; coconut milk in particular enhances the tropical notes of the mango.
  • For a striking presentation, rim the serving glass with a mix of sugar and finely grated lime zest before pouring in the milkshake, or layer with a swirl of mango puree for a marbled effect.
  • To add a hint of spice and elevate the Indian twist, sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder or a few saffron strands while blending, which pairs beautifully with mango’s sweetness.
