Crispy Ladies Finger or kurkuri bhindi is a very tasty and delicious snacks and it also makes a great side dish for your lunch and dinner. It is spicy and crispy and it is so easy and simple to make. I come across many people who hate ladies finger, so this is a perfect recipe for bhindi haters. I love bhindi in all forms and this is one of my favourite. Here the ladies finger are coated in spiced besan flour and deep fried to crispy golden beauties. Enjoy it as a snacks or as a side dish with your meal.

Ingredients
- 15 Ladies Finger Bhindi / Okra
- Oil for Deep frying
- ยฝ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ยฝ tsp Coriander Powder roasted
- ยฝ tsp Cumin powder roasted
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- ยฝ tsp Chaat Masala
- ยผ cup Gram flour besan
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp Water

Instructions
- Wash the ladies finger first without cutting the edges. Pat them dry in a kitchen towel. Cut the edges and slit it and cut them in half.
- In a bowl add the ladies fingers and add all ingredients except oil and water.
- Mix them well together nicely
- Sprinkle the water little at a time, mix well and coat the ladies finger well with the masala.
- Heat oil for frying. Drop the masala coated ladies finger in batches.
- Fry them till golden and crisp.
- Remove and serve hot. Enjoy
