Ladies Finger With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Ladies finger
  • 2 teaspoon onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard sauce
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chopp the ladies fingers. Add oil in a preheated frying pan. Add onion paste, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder and chill powder.
  • Stir fry then add chopped tomatoes mix well. Then add the ladies fingers and salt. Mix together and let to shallow fry.
  • Close the lid for a minute. Open the lid add cumin powder and coriander powder. Again mix and close the lid for a minute.
  • At last serve with mustard sauce

Notes

Mustard sauce has a different aroma than other sauce.
