This is a traditional and authentic recipe. This can be serve in any occasion. We need very less ingredients for this recipe. In the festive season we people like to serve various recipes. So I thought in this festival Gulab Jamun is a dessert.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Mawa
- 50 gm Refined flour
- 1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder
- 500 gm Sugar syrup
- 1-2 cup Oil for deep fry
- 2 tsp Rose water

Instructions
- Make a smooth dough with refined flour, mawa and cardamom powder.
- Make small sizes balls then deep fry.
- Fry until brown.
- Now dip Gulab Jamuns into the syrup. Syrup should be one thread consistency. Add rose water to the syrup. Serve!

It will be better at least dipped one hour
