Ingredients
- 20 - 25 spinach leaves
- 1-2 Salt or as per taste
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp green chili paste
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp dry mango powder
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- Oil for frying
- 1-2 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Mix the gram flour and spices together to make a thick and smooth batter instead of using oil.
- Now, apply the mixture onto spinach leaves one by one, making a bundle of at least 4 leaves. Steam the roll in a steamer for 15 minutes.
- After steaming, allow it to cool, and then cut it into round pieces.
- Heat the oil and fry the patrode until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tea.
