Instructions
Make a smooth dough with refined flour, mawa and cardamom powder.
Make small sizes balls then deep fry.
Fry until brown.
Now dip Gulab Jamuns into the syrup. Syrup should be one thread consistency. Add rose water to the syrup. Serve!
