Ingredients
- 500 gm Cottage Cheese or paneer, cut into round shape
- 1 3 Peppers green, yellow, red, diced
- 1 tbsp Butter
For Marination
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Coriander or paste paste
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder yellow
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi Powder
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Honey
- 50 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 ml Vegetable Oil any
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
For Pineapple and Cherry Tomato Relish
- 4 slices Pineapple grilled and diced
- 12 -15 Cherry Tomato cut into halves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 Red Chillies broken into halves dried
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 2 stick Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- For Marination - In large bowl combine the ingredients for the marinade.
- Add the Panner and the peppers. Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour
- Heat the butter in the frill pan and grill the paneer and the peppers
- For Pineapple and Cherry tomato relish
- Heat the oil in the saucepan and when it is hot put in the chilli, cumin and cinnamon and fry it for 30 seconds
- Add the pineapple, sugar and salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Now add the cherry tomatoes and cook for the minute till they are soft
- Style your plate as shown in the picture and your dish is ready to be served.
