Garlic Paste

Coriander Paste

Yellow Chilly Powder

Kasoori Methi Powder

Chat Masala

mustard oil

any vegetable oil
Salt
For Pineapple and Cherry Tomato Relish

pineapple slices
grilled and diced

Cherry Tomatoes
cut into halves

tbsp
vegetable oil

dried red Chillies
broken into halves

cumin seed

stick of cinnamon

brown sugar

teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
For Marination - In large bowl combine the ingredients for the marinade.
Add the Panner and the peppers. Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour
Heat the butter in the frill pan and
grill
the paneer and the peppers
For Pineapple and Cherry tomato relish
Heat the oil in the saucepan and when it is hot put in the chilli, cumin and cinnamon and fry it for 30 seconds
Add the pineapple, sugar and salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
Now add the cherry tomatoes and cook for the minute till they are soft
Style your plate as shown in the picture and your dish is ready to be served.
