There are some people after consuming prawn starts itching and allergic reaction all over the body. In other side prawn is flashy, soft, succullent, zero fat and rich in onega 3
When it combine with green leaves becomes more nutritious. Prawn itself has aroma so no need to add any other extra spices to dominate.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Prawn
- 1 cup Spinach (or puree puree)
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 8 cubes Paneer
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash and peel out the prawn. Marinate with little salt and turmeric powder, then shallow fry. Prawn should never over cook otherwise it will become rubbery. Keep separate after frying.
- Now blanch the spinach means boil or steam then cool. Make a smooth puree with blender.
- In the same frying pan add oil, then onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix together add curd and stir continuously until cook.
- Take a bamboo stick soak in water for ten minutes. Prawn and paneer cubes coat with this fried spice. Now add the spinach puree into the remaining spices. Roast the prawn and paneer cubes to give the smoked flavor.
- Take a serving plate pour the spinach thick gravy. Place the roasted prawn stick. Serve with rice/ roti.
Recipe Notes
If someone doesn’t like prawn can prepare paneer also in the same way.
