Healthy daliya is my most desired & commonly eaten on breakfast recipe, it’s really simple yet yummy dish for children’s ,adults & senior adults who can’t chew properly . It is also a heathy option in order to get daily nutrients it’s best for people suffering from acidic conditions of gastric problems

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 2 cup Daliya Or Lapsi (daliya or lapsi)
- 1 cup Masoor (or moong, or daal moong daal)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Seeds (or tadka cuminâ s for tadka)
- 4 Garlic (kernels chopped)
- 2 tsp Desi Ghee (cow)
- 1 pinch Asofitida (asofitida)
- 2 sprig Sprigs Fresh Coriander’S (fresh corianderâ s)
- 2/3 Curry Leave
- 1 cup Masoor (or moong, or daal moong daal)
- 5 cup Water

Instructions
- Mix the dal’s & daliya together in a pressure cooker
- Wash them & add water
- Add turmeric
- Add salt as per ur requirement
- Some fresh coriander with steam
- Curry leaves (Tip:- I like to add curry leaves for boiling it’s give a succulent fresh flavour to any dish i boil instead of tempered)
- Cover the pressure cooker lead & cook for until 2 whistles
- Now remove from heat let it cook and keep aside
- Now tempered in a pan by adding ghee & cumin seeds
- Asofidita or hing & add to boiled Daliya & stire well
- Now serve hot with dallop of ghee & sprinkle some fresh chopped coriander’s , enjoy on this winters
Recipe Notes
You can add any daal or lentils to daliya with same procedures
Also you can add seasonal vegetables like green peas, carrots, cauliflower, spinach etc this can taste even more tastiest 🤪
