Quesadilla is Mexican Delicaciy, a sister arm of the Italian Pizza in which two tortillas are used to prepare a nice cheesy stuffing and toasted on both sides. Served with dipping, they make amazing appetizers. This delicacy was improvised to make it Gluten Free using Jiwa gluten Free atta in collabroation with Plattershare. The amount of cheese used was just sufficient to let the flat breads stick together and a nice spicy filling to make up for the reduced cheesy flavours.
