Fish Eggs Curry (Bangladeshi)

In the rainy season we get eggs in fish. When we get big sizes eggs we cook different types of recipes. This is a Bangladeshi recipe which I have learned from my mother.

Ingredients
- 250 gms fish eggs
- 2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 teaspoon chopped green chilli
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt
- Oil as required

Instructions
- Eggs should be big sizes. Wash the whole eggs and cut into pieces. Rub with turmeric powder salt and mustered oil.
- Take a frying pan add 2 tbsp mustered oil and sauteed all eggs pieces. Keep separate.
- Add more 2 tbsp mustered oil heated. Now add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato paste and salt.
- Stir fry then add 1/2 cup water and eggs pieces. Cover with lid for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped green chilli, garam masala powder and fresh chopped coriander leaves. Ready to serve
Notes
Very tasteful with steam rice.
