Bottle gourd is a very good vegetable. It contains more calcium. So we should consume this with various types. This is one of the lost recipe of Bangladesh.

Ingredients
- 2 cup grated bottle gourd
- 2 raw egg
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon green chilli
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 grated tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 teaspoon deshi ghee
- Salt
- Oil as required

Instructions
- Take a frying pan add oil and heat. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir.
- Spice become golden brown add green chilli paste, red chilli powder, tomato, salt and eggs.
- Stir continuously and keep separate.
- In the same frying pan add oil then onion seeds, turmeric powder grated bottle gourd and little salt.
- Mix well and cover with a lid with low flame.
- When the moist will dry add the cooked scramble mixture, Garamond masala and deshi ghee.
- Mix properly serve with plain rice/ Roti/ pariahs/ bread.
