Fish Eggs Curry (Bangladeshi)

In the rainy season we get eggs in fish. When we get big sizes eggs we cook different types of recipes. This is a Bangladeshi recipe which I have learned from my mother.

Turmeric Powder

teaspoon
red chilli powder
1
teaspoon
cumin powder
2
teaspoon
coriander powder
1/2

onion paste
1
teaspoon
garlic paste
2
teaspoon
Ginger paste
1/2
cup
tomato paste
2
teaspoon
chopped green chilli
2
teaspoon
chopped fresh coriander leaves
1
teaspoon
garam masala powder
Salt
Oil as required
Instructions
Eggs should be big sizes. Wash the whole eggs and cut into pieces. Rub with turmeric powder salt and mustered oil.
Take a frying pan add 2 tbsp mustered oil and sauteed all eggs pieces. Keep separate.
Add more 2 tbsp mustered oil heated. Now add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato paste and salt.
Stir fry then add 1/2 cup water and eggs pieces. Cover with lid for 10 minutes.
Add chopped green chilli, garam masala powder and fresh chopped coriander leaves. Ready to serve
Notes
Very tasteful with steam rice.
