Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish boneless
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds whole
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 4 tsp Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 4 tsp Flour roasted bengal
- 4 tsp Rice Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Oil as required for deep fry
- 4 tsp Curd

Instructions
- Wash thoroughly fish cubes. Marinate with red chilli powder, salt, curd, coriander seeds, cumin powder, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp oil.
- Keep for 10 minutes. Now add roasted bengal gram flour and rice powder.
- Deep fry and serve
