  • 500 gm Fish boneless
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Seeds whole
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 4 tsp Onion Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 4 tsp Flour roasted bengal
  • 4 tsp Rice Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil as required for deep fry
  • 4 tsp Curd


  • Wash thoroughly fish cubes. Marinate with red chilli powder, salt, curd, coriander seeds, cumin powder, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp oil.
  • Keep for 10 minutes. Now add roasted bengal gram flour and rice powder.
  • Deep fry and serve
