About Fish Burger Served With Mashes Potatoes And Veggies
This easy Fish Burger is my go-to recipe when the week gets busy and time in the kitchen is limited. With just a handful of ingredients like fresh fish, crisp salad leaves, and juicy tomatoes nestled between slices of wholesome brown bread, it comes together in a snap without sacrificing flavor.
Served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and vibrant veggies, this Armenian-inspired brunch or lunch dish is both satisfying and nourishing. It's the perfect solution for a quick, wholesome meal that doesn't compromise on taste or nutrition, making busy days a little more delicious.

Recipe Notes
Additional Tips
- For a more authentic Armenian twist, sprinkle a pinch of sumac over the fish fillet before cooking to enhance the tangy profile and add a subtle burst of color.
- If you prefer a crispy fish texture, lightly coat the fillet in seasoned cornmeal before pan-frying—this will add a pleasant crunch that pairs well with the softness of the mashed potatoes.
- To elevate the mashed potatoes, blend in a spoonful of yogurt or a touch of garlic paste; this not only adds creaminess but also complements the tangy and spicy notes of the burger.
- For a lighter option, swap brown bread with thin lavash or pita and serve the filling as a wrap, making it easy to pack for lunch or snacks on the go.
