Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat 1 cup = 200 gms whole รข
- 1 cup Jagerry quantity can be increased to cups also shakar รข
- cup Refined Oil รข รขยพ
- 1 cup Curd walnuts, almonds etc รขโฌโ 2 tsp, or nuts รข nuts
- 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder quantity can be increased to รขยฝ tsp also รข
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder รข
- 1 tsp Baking Soda รข

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl - Whole wheat, baking soda and powder, cinnamon powder.
- In separate bowl, add oil, curd. Melt jaggery in microwave for 30 sec and add into the mixture to form a smooth puree.
- Add both dry and wet ingredients to form a nice batter. Add little milk, if batter gets too thick.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the cake batter in it. Sprinkle some crushed nuts on top of the batter.
- Air bake the cake in preheated airfryer at 160 degrees for 20 min. Once baked check with tooth pick. Once ready remove the cake from the airfryer and allow it to cool down.
- Once cool, cut into desired pcs and serve.

Hi…saw ur eggless whole wheat jaggery cake…tried it today…the cake turned out really moist but it was dense and not light and airy plus its interior had not turned out as its exterior…like from exterior it was baked and had that texture but wen i cut it, inside texture felt like a wheat halwa…can u plz tell me the resson what i did wrongly…wish if i could send u a pic…would appreciate your response…Thanks in advance
