  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Place paper cups or silicon muffin mould liners in the muffin tray.
  • Mix chakka varatti, finely chopped jackfruit pieces, oil and sugar
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients together
  • Add some milk to loosen the mixture if its very thick
  • Fill each liner to 2/3rd and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree, or until the cakes are done.( to check the doneness if you insert a tooth pick in the centre of the cake,the inserted tooth pick should come out clean.)
  • yummy jackfruit cup cake is ready to eat.
  • Garnish it with fresh jackfruit bulbs
