Oreo Vanilla Cup Ice Cream

Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream is actually a mixture of an easy vanilla ice cream and roughly crumbled oreo cookies. I like to feel the chunks of cookies in the ice cream so I don’t blend them to make tiny pieces. I simply crumble them in my hand instead.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk very cold
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream very cold
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crumbled oreo cookies

Instructions
- Whisk together milk and sugar in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Add in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Transfer into your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Stir in the crumbled oreos and wait in the freezer in an airtight container for 8 to 9 hours.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve
