    Ingredients
      

    • 2 cup wheat flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 cup condensed milk or little less
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1 cup mix nuts chopped I used
    • 4 tbsp Chopped almonds
    • 4 tbsp Chopped walnuts
    • 4 tbsp chopped cashewnuts
    • Mix raisins black green and golden chopped as per your like
    • 2 tbsp cranberry chopped
    • 2 tbsp mix tutti-frutti
    • 150 ml soda water
    • 100 gm butter at room temperature
    • 3-4 ripe banana meshed
    • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder optional
    • For Caremal used
    • 4 tbsp Sugar prefer brown
    • 3 tbsp water

    Instructions
     

    • First we will make Caramelized nuts..heat a pan add sugar and let it melt and Caramelized add water now it starts bubble up mix well and let it boil .. switch off the flame and mix all dry chopped nuts and raisins and cranberry and all spices in it..
    • Spice like cardamom powder cinnamon powder nutmeg powder and black pepper powder add in Caramelized sugar nuts mixture and mix well.. keep it aside..
    • In a bowl seive wheat flour Baking soda baking powder and salt and mix well..in another bowl add room temperature butter condensed milk vanilla essence and meshed banana and mix well..
    • Now add both ingredients together dry and wet and Mix well using cut and fold method ..now add Caramelized sugar nuts and spice mixture and mix well
    • Now add soda water slowly as needed..we want to make pouring consistency batter not slurry mixture..
    • Grease mini cakes mould and preheat oven at 180'C now pour batter in mould and garnish battery with chopped walnuts ..
    • Bake it 20 to 25 minutes or till tooth pick come out neat..
    • Keep out from oven let it cool .. tadaaaa Your health yummy full of calcium and vitamin banana wheat flour mini cakes are ready to serve.. enjoy it in any kids party ..

    Different Oven has different baking time so adjust your baking time as per your oven or check in between.. spices are optional you can skip it.. Caramelized nuts also optional ..you can make it simple with walnuts only.. instead of mini cakes you can make one cake only standard baking time if 8″ cake is 35 minutes..
