Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Multigrain Flour
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Cream or malai fresh ghar ki malai
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • cup Warm Milk one and half lukewarm
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder and
  • cup Coco Powder half
  • Garnishing or almonds some chopped almonds for

Instructions
 

  • First beat cream / malai and powdered sugar until it becomes soft and fluffy . Now add multigrain flour and milk powder. Mix all ingredients well.
  • Meanwhile preheat the oven at 100 degree .
  • Now add lukewarm warm milk and cocoa powder to the mix .mix all ingredients well. Now add baking soda and baking powder to the mix . Mix gently .
  • Pour this mix into a greased tin . Sprinkle chopped almonds on top . Put this into the oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 180 degree . When cake leaves the sides of the pan . Take it out from oven . Multigrain chocolate cake is ready
