It's a very healthy cake recipe . As I have used multigrain flour instead of all purpose flour . It's very good for kids as well as for us too .

Ingredients
- 2 cup Multigrain Flour
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Cream (or malai fresh ghar ki malai)
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- cup Warm Milk (one and half lukewarm)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder (and)
- cup Coco Powder (half)
- Garnishing (or almonds some chopped almonds for)

Instructions
- First beat cream / malai and powdered sugar until it becomes soft and fluffy . Now add multigrain flour and milk powder. Mix all ingredients well.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven at 100 degree .
- Now add lukewarm warm milk and cocoa powder to the mix .mix all ingredients well. Now add baking soda and baking powder to the mix . Mix gently .
- Pour this mix into a greased tin . Sprinkle chopped almonds on top . Put this into the oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 180 degree . When cake leaves the sides of the pan . Take it out from oven . Multigrain chocolate cake is ready
