Cucumber is easily available in market. It has a cooling effect. Cucumber contains antioxidant, it promotes hydration, it is good for weight loss and blood sugar. If any body has tendency of gas in stomach then it is advisable to restrict the consumption of cucumber especially at night. It is a good combination with curd. Adding little sugar for good taste is optional.

  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 200 gm curd
  • Few mint leaves
  • Black salt
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tsp sugar - optional


  • Make a smooth paste of cucumber with little black salt and mint.
  • Blend the curd with little black salt and sugar. Add ice cube again blend until froth.
  • Serve with different layers or mixing both. Keep cool serve immediately.
