Coconut Laddu With Dulce De Leche (Simmered Condensed Milk)
About Coconut Laddu With Dulce De Leche (Simmered Condensed Milk)
Coconut Laddu is very popular sweet in Pune during Ganpati festival. I prepared these laddus using dulce de leche. Dulce de leche is made by boiling condensed milk on a medium flame for about two hours. It tastes like caramel and a very delicious flavor. Laddus made with it taste chocolaty and melts in the mouth. For the aroma use cardamom powder. You can fill fry fruits filling as well inside the laddus to make them chewy.
