- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 2 inch Ginger Root
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey

Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the ginger and let it sleep for 5 mins.
- Mean white put the lemon juice and the honey in a large cup
- Strain the ginger tea into the mug
- Stir the dissolve the honey
- Taste and add more honey or lemon you like
- Serve the hot ginger lemon tea.
