  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 inch ginger root
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Pour boiling water over the ginger and let it sleep for 5 mins.
  • Mean white put the lemon juice and the honey in a large cup
  • Strain the ginger tea into the mug
  • Stir the dissolve the honey
  • Taste and add more honey or lemon you like
  • Serve the hot ginger lemon tea.
