Mutton Matar Aloo Qeema

Mutton matar aloo qeema is a favorite dish of my family.. We all just love eating this yummy dish. Like to serve this with toasted pav.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm minced mutton
  • 2 large potatoes peel, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 green chilies slits
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion n saute well. when the onion loose add ginger garlic paste n green chilli cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Add garam masala powder and minced mutton. mix it well. Add salt in it n mix well let it cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add greenpeas and spices (red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder) mix it well. Add 1 cup water, cover the lid and cook on 4whistles on low flame. Switchoff the flame and wait till air release from pressure cooker.
  • Add potatoes and coriander leaves, again cook it on 3 whistles.
  • Mutton matar aloo qeemat is ready to serve. Serve this hot with pav, roti, chapati or rice.

Notes

U can also add 1/2 cup whisk curd for little thick gravy.
