Ingredients
- 200 ml of Condensed milk
- 11/2 Cup dry grated coconut powder
- Few drop of rose essence or 1 Tablespoon of rose syrup
- 1 Fresh rose optional if available
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped pista Pistachio nut
- 1 Sheet butter paper

Instructions
- In a bowl take coconut powder add condense milk to this and mix it well
- Now take another bowl and divide the mixture in two parts. Half in one bowl and rest half in another one
- In one bowl add rose essence or rose syrup and finely chopped rose petals and mix this nicely and keep aside as shown in picture
- Now take a butter paper sheet, spread it and spread the plain mixture of coconut and condense milk on this, form a thin layer a
- Now spread the mixture with rose essence and rose petals and form a layer of it as shown in picture
- Now spread finely chopped pista in centre as shown below
- Now fold the butter paper sheet and form a roll kind of. Keep this roll in refrigerator for 2 hours or till serving
- Before serving cut the roll in rounds Enjoy Coconut delight ...
Notes
- Make sure that coconut and milkmaid mixture is in a dough kind of consistency
- If you want more sweet you can add caster sugar to this according to your taste
