Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Condensed Milk
  • 11/2 Cup Grated Coconut dry powder
  • 1-2 drop Rose Essence or syrup or rose syrup
  • 1 Fresh Rose optional if available fresh rose
  • 1 tbsp Pista pistachio nut finely chopped
  • 1 sheet Butter Paper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl take coconut powder add condense milk to this and mix it well
  • Now take another bowl and divide the mixture in two parts. Half in one bowl and rest half in another one
  • In one bowl add rose essence or rose syrup and finely chopped rose petals and mix this nicely and keep aside as shown in picture
  • Now take a butter paper sheet, spread it and spread the plain mixture of coconut and condense milk on this, form a thin layer a
  • Now spread the mixture with rose essence and rose petals and form a layer of it as shown in picture

  • Now spread finely chopped pista in centre as shown below
  • Now fold the butter paper sheet and form a roll kind of. Keep this roll in refrigerator for 2 hours or till serving
  • Before serving cut the roll in rounds Enjoy Coconut delight ...

Recipe Notes

  • Make sure that coconut and milkmaid mixture is in a dough kind of consistency 
  • If you want more sweet you can add caster sugar to this according to your taste
