Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha
- 2 cup Full Cream or milk milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 1 cup Mango chopped
- Garnishing or almonds chopped almonds for

Instructions
- Dry roast poha in a pan for 2 mins and then ground it to a coarse powder in a mixie.
- Add cornflour with 1tbs of milk and keep aside.
- Boil milk with sugar, add poha and cook for 3-4 minutes and add cardamom powder to this, mix it well.
- Mix cornflour to this and cook for 2mins.
- Remove from fire and let it cool.
- Now for serving, take any dessert glass or shot glass and place a portion of Mango chunks, spoon some phirni on top and then repeat these layers.
- Garnish with some chopped almonds.
Recipe Notes
- You can refrigerate this and can be serve chilled.
