A dessert where combination of poha phirni combined with Mango chunks make it unique and yummy too.

Yield / Serves
Full cream milk 2cup
Cardamom powder a pinch
Chopped mango 1cup
Chopped almonds for garnishing
Dry roast poha in a pan for 2 mins and then ground it to a coarse powder in a mixie.
Add cornflour with 1tbs of milk and keep aside.
Boil milk with sugar, add poha and cook for 3-4 minutes and add cardamom powder to this, mix it well.
Mix cornflour to this and cook for 2mins.
Remove from fire and let it cool.
Now for serving, take any dessert glass or shot glass and place a portion of Mango chunks, spoon some phirni on top and then repeat these layers.
Garnish with some chopped almonds.
- You can refrigerate this and can be serve chilled.
