Chocolate Ragi Cookie

Easiest and healthiest cookies i l ever made....Only 3 ingredients, Chocolate, Ragi flour abd and Wheat flour......and Done...!!☺

  • 120 gm Milk chocolate grated
  • 20 gm Ragi flour
  • 20 gm Wheat flour


  • Melt the chocolate on a double boiler. Since, its grated it will melt evenly and quickly. Remove and let cool just a bit. Add both the flours.
  • Whisk to make a smooth, homogeneous batter. Fill in piping bag with an open star nozzle. Pipe on a bakinv tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Keep in fridge for 10 minutes till the oven can be preheated. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes on Bake mode.
  • Pop in the tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. Depending on cookies size and individual oven workings, adjust baking time by eyeballing a bit. Cool on wire rack and serve.
  • I got 9 cookies from this much ingredients.

I have subsituted cornflour and Maida in original recipe with Ragi and whole wheat flour.
