Melt the chocolate on a double boiler.
Since, its grated it will melt evenly and quickly.
Remove and let cool just a bit.
Add both the flours.
Whisk to make a smooth, homogeneous batter.
Fill in piping bag with an open star nozzle.
Pipe on a bakinv tray lined with parchment paper.
Keep in fridge for 10 minutes till the oven can be preheated.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes on Bake mode.
Pop in the tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Depending on cookies size and individual oven workings, adjust baking time by eyeballing a bit.
Cool on wire rack and serve.
I got 9 cookies from this much ingredients.

I have subsituted cornflour and Maida in original recipe with Ragi and whole wheat flour.Taste is just as awesome with added health benefit and Zero Guilt…😊
