Instructions
- Boil the 1 liter milk in a broad vessel.
- Side by side clean the poha with water and drain the water completely. Ensure that the poha does not stick after draining the water.
- Once the milk is boiled, slowly add the poha in the milk.
- Add the sugar as per your taste and liking.
- Cook the kheer till the poha cooks completely,say for about 10-15 mins.
- Switch off the flame and add the cardamom powder,cut the cashew-nuts almonds in small pieces.
- Â Add all the three dry fruits & grated dry coconut and serve.
- The poha kheer  is ready.
- Â You can use slight thin poha also to make this kheer.
