Juicy and flavorful prawns in sweet and spicy sauce. This is so easy to make and taste delicious. A great starter/ appetizer and a side dish too.

Ingredients
- For Marinate : 500 gms prawns
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chilly Sauce
- Salt
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- For Stir Fry : 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 Capsicum cubed
- 1 spring onion whites chopped
- 1 onion cubed
- 1 green chilly chopped
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chilly Sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt
- 2 tablespoon cornflour diluted in ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon spring onion greens chopped
- 2 tablespoon roasted peanut crushed
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add the prawns and all the ingredients mentioned in the marination list, mix well and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- In a frying pan heat oil for deep frying the marinated prawns.
- In a medium heat drop the prawns and deep fry them in batches till golden approx 6-7 mins. Keep aside in an absorbent paper.
- Heat 3 tbsps in a pan. Use the same oil used to fry the prawns.
- Add the ginger, garlic, capsicums, spring onion whites, onion, green chillies and saute for 2 mins.
- Add pepper powder, soya sauce, chilly sauce, ketchup, diluted cornflour, mix well and bring it to a boil.
- Add the fried prawns, season with salt and saute for about 2 mins.
- Add the chopped spring Onion greens and crushed Peanuts, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped spring Onion greens and serve.
