Ingredients
- 500 gm Marinate or prawns for prawns
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sauce chilly
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger for stir fry chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1 Capsicum cubed
- 1 Spring Onion whites chopped
- 1 Onion cubed
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sauce chilly
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour or water diluted in water
- 2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens chopped
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut crushed
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add the prawns and all the ingredients mentioned in the marination list, mix well and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- In a frying pan heat oil for deep frying the marinated prawns.
- In a medium heat drop the prawns and deep fry them in batches till golden approx 6-7 mins. Keep aside in an absorbent paper.
- Heat 3 tbsps in a pan. Use the same oil used to fry the prawns.
- Add the ginger, garlic, capsicums, spring onion whites, onion, green chillies and saute for 2 mins.
- Add pepper powder, soya sauce, chilly sauce, ketchup, diluted cornflour, mix well and bring it to a boil.
- Add the fried prawns, season with salt and saute for about 2 mins.
- Add the chopped spring Onion greens and crushed Peanuts, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped spring Onion greens and serve.
