- Make dough with corn meal, whole purposes flour, salt and 2-3 drops of olive oil.
- Take a pan add 2 tsp olive oil now add chopped garlic sauté it , add green chilly after then add chopped mushroom , add paneer small cubes add salt ,white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar (2-3 drops) mix all the ingredients properly cook it for 1-2 min
- Take dough make small ball after then make a big chapatti cut it with round mold pick out small round circle now fill the filling in between close it properly now make a design with fork. Steam it for 5-6 min.
- For Marinara Sauce- Blanch the tomato remove t skin and seeds now grind it with whole red chili. Now take a pan add oil after then add chopped garlic now add tomatoes paste add salt, white pepper, sugar vinegar adjust the seasoning.
- Serve hot Ravioli with marinara sauce and garnish with mustard leaves.
