Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter or fitkari powder
- For garnish
- Colorful sprinkle
- Food color if want
- I used red color 2 drop
- Green food color 2 drops
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Optional

Instructions
- First heat a pan add water sugar and honey
- Mix well, add black pepper powder add tarter/fitkari and mix well.
- Let it boil and become thick. It took me 10-12 minutes. To check right consistency pour two three drops of mixture in cold water..If it don't stick and will make it's ball shape easily. It done... Switch off the gas.
- Grease baking paper with little butter or oil. . Divide this mixture in two three parts and add food color if you want colorful lollipops. Pour this lollipop mixture with spoon over sheet and add lollipop sticks. Garnish it with colorful sprinkle.
- When it cool down and set remove it from baking sheet carefully.. cover it with cling or wrapping paper. keep it in fridge or airtight container. Best to use instant..
Notes
Black pepper is optional,
cream of tarter or fitkari will make lollipops transparent.
