Bitter melon also known as bitter gourd or karela in India.is a unique vegetable-fruit. That can be used as food or medicine. It contains at least three substances with anti-diabetic properties. These substances either work individually or together to help reduce blood sugar levels.
Cucumber are low in carbohydrates and a source of fiber, they fit easily into diabetes meal plan. Tomatoes another super food for diabetes packed with vitamin C, are an excellent source of potassium.
Non-starchy or low-carbohydrate veggies are good and help to reduce the blood sugar levels.

  • 1 bitter melon medium sized
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder roasted

  • Make a juice with all three vegetables and take out extract.
