Cheesy Sweet Lasagne is a fusion of Italian and Indian flavours.It is not a regular lasagne,but with a twist of Indian style stuffings.Quiet an interesting recipe and must try one.

Ingredients
- 8 sheets Lasagne Sheets 8 lasagne
- 200 gms Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Coconut or stuffing fresh for stuffing
- Pcans walnut and almonds together 1 cup pcans
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 100 gm Cheese grated
- 10 Sultanas 10 sultanas
- 2 tbsp White Sauce or butter for butter
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 11/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cream fresh
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Elachi powder
- to cloves To Seal 8 seal

- In a wide bowl,soak lasagne sheets in water.Let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes. In a mixer,blend all the nuts together.Keep the powered nut aside.
- In a pan on a medium heat,add butter to it to make sweet white sauce .Add 2 teaspoon of all purpose flour to the melted butter and mix well. Add 1 cup of milk to the flour mixture.Add 1 cup of fresh cream to the white sauce mixture.
- Add powdered elachi to the white sauce mixture.Add sugar to the white sauce and stir well.Sweet white sauce is ready for topping.
- In a plate add fresh grated coconut, powdered nuts,sugar,cheese and sultan's and mix well.
- Transfer the soaked lasagne sheets after 10 minutes on to a plate.Spread the lasagne sheets lengthwise.Add teaspoon full of prepared coconut stuffing in the sheet.
- Roll the sheet tightly.Seal well with a clove and arrange it in a dish.Spoon in sweet sauce on top of the arranged lasagne rolls.Add grated cheese on top and sprinkle some sutanas.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade .Bake the prepared Lasagne sheet for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.Yummy Cheesy Sweet Lasagne with Indian twist is ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Soak lasagne sheets for 10 minutes or until it is ready to roll easily.
