See how to make soft, moist , spongy, eggless coffee cake recipe without oven. This is a quick and an easy whole wheat coffee cake recipe. Cooker cakes turns out to be very soft just like oven or airfryer cakes. My coffee cake is very healthy as it contains whole wheat flour and brown sugar. Rich flavour of coffee makes this cake a must have for tea time. Further with Christmas around the corner, I have given a Christmas tree look to the cake. So do try it out 🙂

Mix coffee powder and milk together to prepare coffee paste. Sieve dry ingredients in bowl - whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda, salt.
In another bowl, take curd and milk. Mix together till smooth. Add in brown sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add in oil along with vanilla essence and coffee paste.
Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients in batches to prepare a smooth batter. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
Baking options: - Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 25-30 min - Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 min - Airfryer at 160 degrees for 25 min
Cool down the cake completely. Cut the cake in any desired shape. I have cut into triangles and then dust cocoa powder, use melted chocolate for design and finally use some sprinklers.
