It’s a very tasty ,mouthwatering snacks which can be serve as evening snacks or to any small get together.
Yield / Serves
All purpose flour...2cup
Chopped Spring onion...1cup
Green chilli paste...1tspn
Red chilli sauce...1tspn
Red chilli powder...1tspn
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Make a dough of flour,salt,1tspn oil & required hot water.Cover the dough & keep rest for 15 minutes.
Boil potato & then mash it well.
Heat 1tspn oil & fry chopped onion for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chopped spring onion, green chilli paste,salt, pepper powder & all sauces. Saute it for few minutes.
Finally add boiled mashed potatoes & mix it well.
Now take some portion from dough,roll it like roti.
Spread potato mixture evenly on the roti.Then fold it & cut it into pieces.
Heat oil & deep fry it.
You can dip each samosa with flour mixture & fry it.
Serve it with any of your favourite dip sauce.
