Ingredients
- Ready idli batter 2-3 cups
- Finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped tomato 2 tablespoons
- Finely chopped green chillies as per need
- Salt
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- Grated Cheddar cheese 2-3 tablespoons
- Oil for shallow frying as per need

Instructions
- Take ready idli batter and add little water and salt to make it of pouring consistency
- Heat some oil on non stick pan and spread a laddle full of batter
- Take finely chopped onion and tomato
- Like wise prepare all utthpams and top with chopped onion , tomato and green chilly ...later sprinkle some pepper powder
- Turn then one done from one side and cook from other side
- Turn again
- Lastly, before serving top Utthpam with lots of grated cheese and serve hot immediately
- Enjoy endlessly anytime ... breakfast, lunch , brunch or dinner
