Cheese In A Hole/Cheese In A Basket

Cheese in a hole is an amazing innovative idea by me for a fulfilling breakfast, brunch or a snack. It tastes heavenly loaded with all that cheese directly from the pan to the plate. That is why it is preferred for a snack rather than a breakfast. It should be piping hot to experience a cheesylicious extravaganza and therefore it is best for kids afterschool snack or adults chai time snack. Happy Snacking Everyone !

Instructions
- Cut in the centre of both the bread slices either with a round cookie cutter or an inverted glass. Heat a pan with a teaspoon of oil on a low flame.
- Add the bread slices both at a time if using a big pan or one at a time as per your convenience.
- Place the bread slice along with the round disc that was cut to facilitate addition of cheese and not to burn it from below.
- Let it brown a bit from the bottom side. Flip it over to the other side now. Add generous amount of cheese.
- Sprinkle a little salt along with chilli flakes. Cover and cook just until the cheese melts on a low flame. Add cheese onto the small disc that is cut off. It need not be discarded.
- Yummy, cheesylicious cheese in a hole are ready to be devoured for breakfast or brunch or even an afterschool snack.
- Serve it as it is or with a dash of everyone's favourite ketchup for a more satiating experience.
