Ingredients
  

  • rice flour 200 gm
  • grated khoya 175 gm
  • powder sugar 350 gm
  • milk 200 ml
  • green cardemom powder 1tbsp
  • desi ghee 2tbsp
  • basanti orange colour 1/2 tsp
  • yellow colour 1/2 tsp
  • saffron 1tbsp
  • grated coconut 50 gm
  • cashewnut 15-20 nos
  • almond 25-30 nos

Instructions
 

  • Soak 8-10 almond in warm water & removeits skin.
  • 1tbsp ghee me rice flour ko hlka bhun le or thanda kr le.
  • Milk ko boil kre or usme desi ghee elaichi powder dale, milk ko 3 part me divide kr le 2 me basanti colour or 1 me saffron or yellow colour milye or mix kr ke chaan le, or sffron or milk k mixture me skinless almond soak kare.
  • Almond or cashewnut ka thick powder bna le.
  • 100 gm bhune rice flour me 100 gm grated khoya, 200 gm sugar, coconut lacha, almond & cashewnut powder milaye or basanti clr mile milk se hlke hath se bind kr k dough taiyaar kare or use mold ki help se diye ka shape de, diye ke top k center part ko spoon ki hlp sescoop kre (scoop kwl upr ka prt kre uska base na break ho) or alag rakh de.
  • Bache huye aate me 50 gm geated khoya, 100gm sugar powder, cardemom powder milaye or yellow colur k milk se bind kare or diye k scoop hisse me stuff kre.
  • Soaked almond ko diye k center me lagaye.
  • Ise khoye or elaichi powder se garnish kare.

  • Orange mixture ko jarurt k hisab se 10-12 part me divide kare (jitne diye bnane ho utne part me divide kare)
