Ingredients
- 1 cup Chana Dal soaked for 1 hour
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 1 Tomato diced big
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Water
- Coriander green for garnish

Instructions
- In a pressure cooker,put 2 tablespoon oil and cook the onion till light brown. Add the tomatoes. Add all masalas, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, salt.
- Fry very well. Add the dal. Fry on slow flame for 10 minutes. Add water and on full flame cook for 3 whistles. Serve hot with Puris / Roti / Parathas
