  • 1 cup Noodles boiled
  • 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cabbage chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder red
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind or water, or imli, or pani water imli ka pani
  • 1/4 tsp Black Mustard Seeds or rai rai
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • Heat oil in a pan,add black mustard seeds to crackle.
  • Add onion and saute for one mins.
  • Add carrot,cabbage and capsicum and saute for one to two mins.
  • Seasoning with salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and sambar powder and mix well.
  • Add boiled noodles and tamarind water/imli ka pani and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
