    • Chana dal-1cup
    • Garlic-3-4cloves
    • Green chilli-2
    • Fennel seeds-1rsp
    • Spinach-1small bunch cut finely
    • Baking soda pinch of
    • Oil -1tbsp for batter
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for fry

    • Soak dal overnight.squeeze all the water and all the ingredients of vada except spinach.Grind it and add spinach to it .mix well.make small ball and flatten it.
