About Hazelnut Khajoor Stuffed Grilled Paneer With Carrot Sauce / Gravy
It is an exotic Paneer dish where i have taken roundels of paneer and grilled them. They are stuffed with hazelnut and khajoor and served on a bed of carrot sauce/gravy.

Ingredients
- 6 piece Paneer rounded
- 4 Khajoor -4 khajoor
- 6 Hazelnut - 6 hazelnut
- Carrot or sauce for sauce
- 2 Carrot
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Finely Chopped Corriander For Garnish finely chopped corriander for garnish

Instructions
- Take the round paneer pieces or cut small rounds of paneer with a bottle lid.
- Grill these pieces to get beautiful lines and it gets cooked. Divide each round of paneer into two pieces. Now make a horizontal slit in between of each piece.
- Make a stuffing of grated khajoor and grinded hazel nut and fill the cavities of paneer pieces.
- For the Carrot sauce : Peel ,wash and make slices of carrot. Apply little olive oil and roast them in a non stick pan.
- Let it cool and then grind the carrots with all other carrot sauce ingredients. your sauce is now ready.
- Now spread a layer of carrot sauce and place the stuffed and grilled paneer pieces over it. Top it with chopped corriander to garnish. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
You can drizzle honey on top for the extra sweetness.
