There are water festival in Burma in the month of April 13 th to 15th. This is such a recipe children are crazy to have the dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms corn flour
  • 250 gms ghee
  • 250 gms sugar
  • 1 cup chopped mixed dry fruits
  • 1/2 teaspoon food colour
  • 1/2 litre water

Instructions
 

  • Take a deep pan add water and boil. Make a smooth paste with corn flour.

  • When it starts boiling add corn flour paste. Stir continuously.
  • Add ghee and sugar. Without any fail stir continuously.
  • Add food colour, chopped mixed dry fruits and green cardamom powder.
  • When become thickened put off the flame. Take a flat tray brush with ghee and pour for setting. Set for 1 hour.
  • Then cut into pieces and serve to lovely children

Notes

Make sure there should not be any lump.
