Ingredients
 

  • 1 Beetroot salt in boiling boiled and grind
  • 3/4 bowl Peas salt in boiling boiled
  • 1 Carrot crushed
  • 1/2 bowl Paneer mashed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil for moyan and cook
  • 1/2 tsp Til
  • 1/2 tsp Till till
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 3/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 whole wheat flour bowls
  • 2 to Tomato cut in sliced
  • to Chaat Masala sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Boil peas with salt and water Boil beetroot with salt and water
  • Mash peas
  • Peel and Chop beetroot and make juice of it in mixer
  • Now take wheat flour and add all spices in it and mix well
  • Add peas, carrot, paneer, coriander leaves and mix well
  • Now add beetroot juice for binding the flour
  • Now the dough is ready
  • Now roll 2 rotis from it with the help of rolling pin
  • Ab 1 roti le us par oil spread kare
  • Ab us par sliced tomatoes rakhe
  • Ab grated paneer dale
  • Now sprinkle chaat masala, oregano and chilli flakes on it
  • Ab ise 2nd roti se cover kare
  • Ab ise oil ki help se tave par cook kare
  • So it's yummy healthy BCP Dekar is ready
  • Serve it with Green Chutney
