Ingredients
 

  • 2 / whole wheat flour salt to taste, 1 bowl peas pure, tsp red chilli powder, tsp turmeric powder, tsp chaat masala, tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp oil for moyan, water to make dough, or dough for green dough bowls
  • 2 / whole wheat flour salt to taste, 1 bowl tomato pure, tsp red chilli powder, tsp turmeric powder, tsp chaat masala, tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp oil for moyan, water to make dough, or dough for red dough bowls
  • 1 bowl Stuffing boiled flower, 1 tomato chopped, 1 spring onion chopped, 3 medium size boiled allu, 1 tbsp jeera, salt to taste, tsp coriander powder, tsp garam masala, tsp chaat masala, tsp black pepper powd, or peas for boiled peas
  • 4 tbsp Assembling grated cheese bowl, chaat masala to sprinkle, 2 tbsp butter for cooking, or paratha, or stuffing for double dekar paratha stuffing heapful

Instructions
 

  • For green dough.... Mix flour, masalas, oil together. Than add peas pure and mix well. Now add water and make a dough the dough is ready.
  • For red dough.... Same process as green dough only instead of peas pure use tomato pure.
  • For Stuffing.. Take kadai add oil. Add jeera as it cracked add spring onions saute. Add tomatoes saute. Now add flower, peas, than potatoes and mix well. Add all masalas mix well. Add both sauce and mix well saute properly and the stuffing is ready.
  • For making 2 colour healthy roti.. take a small ball of peas dough and a small ball of tomato dough. Round them together to make a ball. Now roll it out and make roti. Cook it on tava. Yummy 2 colour healthy roti is ready..
  • For assembling Double Dekar Paratha... Take 1 roti and keep it on a plate. Add stuffing on full roti. Add grated cheese. Sprinkle chaat masala. Now put another roti on it. Repeat 2 to 5 steps.
  • Now take dosa tava and put butter on it now carry double Dekar Paratha and keep on it to cook cover it with lid and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Now turn the paratha and again cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Yummy double Dekar healthy Paratha is ready
